Blog #13. Summer 2021; The Grand Re-Opening

For the past 16 months We the People of this planet have endured and survived a global upheaval event that most of US have never experienced.

 The Global Pandemic has closed or severely restricted our Human and Social interaction, our daily routines, our jobs, and our economic structures.

As We gradually Re-Open and Re-Structure our lives remember to open, strengthen, and tone your vocal and respiratory systems.

People think of vocalizing as singing or speaking.  To me vocalizing is not about performing or somehow impressing or inspiring others.  It is about the WELL BEING that comes from regularly exercising your vocal system.  Vocalizing is a great way to open, and/or close your regular workout routine.  Yoga, Running, Jogging, Walking, Swimming, cycling all involve breathing but not the use of or exercise of your vocal system.

Opening and toning your Vocal and Respiratory systems involves Chanting or Intoning sounds to specific musical notes in relation each of the major body parts of your vocal system.  Doing a simple, 5-minute vocal exercise program opens your systems, relaxes and helps fluidity in your muscular – skeletal systems, opens your Chakras or energy Systems, Enhances oxygen in your blood flow, and releases stress.  A great way to open and close your exercise routing.
