Winter 2021: Enhance Your Physical, Mental, and Spiritual WELL BEING!

Use the Vocalize Yourself VIDEO WORKSHOP and VOCAL EXERCISE PROGRAM to enhance your Physical, Mental, and Spiritual WELL BEING! This current human experience with the Corona-19 Virus continues to impact each and all of us in ways we could never have imagined.  While social distancing, wearing a mask, developing a vaccine and other precautions are very important are we are missing a focus that may do more to help with all of these combined?  As you strengthen your own Respiratory, Breathing, and Immune Systems you contribute greatly to your PHYSICAL, MENTAL, and SPIRITUAL WELL BEING!

When you VOCALIZE YOURSELF, you are opening and strengthening your Vocal and Respiratory Systems.  Way more than just speaking or singing you are exercising your diaphragm, lungs, throat, neck, mouth and jaw, and your brain.  Even more, you are creating internal vibrations which stimulate the Vagus Nerve and Major Glands of your Endocrine System and your Immune System.  These are all deeply interconnected with the major components of the human Vocal System.

VOCALIZE YOURSELF is a specific exercise program for your Vocal System.  Not only is this a helpful tool to strengthen your physical body, it helps relieve stress and promotes calmness.  It is also a fun way to help protect and strengthen yourself from the current virus as well as other physical afflictions such as inflammation, and high blood pressure. As you exercise your body how often do you exercise your voice?  Use this program as a stand-alone exercise or a warm up/warm down with your regular Yoga, Running, Cycling, Swimming or other exercise programs.

In addition to the physical toll on individual bodies this virus has greatly restricted our social and physical contact through gathering, conversing, and singing together.  Regular exercise of your vocal system helps release and relieve the stress, depression, and restlessness this is causing.

Remember to use caution.  When you VOCALIZE you are exhaling and spreading your own germs.  Practice safe distancing with others and clean the surfaces you may have contaminated.  BUT, do engage in a VOCALIZING routine that helps you strengthen your Respiratory and Immune Systems.

Stay safe and healthy!
